Dornoch – St Finnbarr’s

StFinnbarrs

St. Finnbarr’s

St. Finnbarr’s Church is on School Hill almost opposite the Social Club, quietly overlooking the centre of Dornoch.  The congregation meets each Sunday for worship at 11am and each Wednesday at 10:30am.  For details of the regular service pattern see the Service Pattern page and for special services the Service Updates posts.

St Finnbarr’s runs a Charities Shop in the centre of Dornoch which is open from 10am-3pm Monday to Saturday throughout the summer and 10am-1pm in winter.

There is a regular congregation of about 20, but we frequently have the privilege of welcoming visitors during the tourist season.  If you are new to Dornoch or its surrounding area or are visiting, come and join us, you will be most welcome.

St Finnbarr’s is open from 10am-4pm most days during the summer, so if you need somewhere to sit quietly and feel God’s presence, or you would just like to look around our lovely church, do drop in and don’t forget to sign our visitors book. On Wednesday morning there is also a short service at 10:30, but you are welcome to spend time there before or after the service and also to join us for worship.
